I would like to set up a trade account for my company to access discount pricing - how do I do this?
You can Create an Account here. You should find the page simple and self-explanatory, but please contact us if you have any queries or issues in completing the required fields. All we need are some basic contact details and a memorable password to allow you to log in on future visits.
Users with verified accounts are able to access trade discount pricing upon logging in. We can also offer a further settlement discount.
Please note that list pricing, rather than discount pricing, is shown to all users who are not logged in.

I'm having trouble logging in, can I reset my password?
Firstly, ensure that the email address entered on the login page is the same one submitted when you created your account.
You can request a new password here. You will receive an email with a link to enable you to create a new password. If this email does not appear in your inbox shortly after you clicked on the blue Request A New Password button then please check your junk/spam folder.
